Overview
Long-running charity fishing-and-golf weekend based at the Hilton Los Cabos, pairing an offshore fishing tournament with golf and concerts to fund children's charities.
Founded in 1996, Stars & Stripes is a team-based charity event (teams of four guests) headquartered at the Hilton Los Cabos. Guests choose a daily activity — offshore fishing, golf or pickleball — across the Friday and Saturday, with evening dinners, auctions and concerts. Deposits are US$1,000 per individual and the event typically sells out.
The 2026 edition ran June 25–28; the 30th-anniversary edition is set for June 24–27, 2027.
