Overview
Women-only offshore tuna tournament founded in 2021 out of the Ocean City Fishing Center, fished one of two June days with a heaviest-tuna and stringer format.
Tuna & Tiaras bills itself as the world's only ladies-only tuna tournament. Teams register up to six female anglers (captains and mates may be male), troll-only rules apply, and the boundary is 100 nm from the Ocean City sea buoy. Registration and the captains' meeting are held at the Ocean City Fishing Center, weigh-ins at Micky Fins, and the awards party in West Ocean City.
The 2026 edition (6th annual) was listed by the host marina for June 12-13, 2026. The organizer has already published the 7th-annual 2027 dates (registration Thursday June 10; fish days Friday June 11 and Saturday June 12, 2027) together with 2027 rules and a $600-per-boat registration fee.
